Shipping
All products ship all over the United Kingdom, but we could provide a worldwide shipment for special orders. Once you place your order, you will be updated by email, given the tracking link, and can follow its process on the courier Tracking page.
Delivery
It takes 2-7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The delivery time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:
- UK: 2-5 business days
- EU: 5-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Customs & Tax Fees
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Returns
Return Policy
We’re a small family business. At this time, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. We will see if we can provide returns in the future. But if there’s something wrong with the order, please contact us at support@harpshoplondon.co.uk!
Refund
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please get in touch with us at support@harpshoplondon.co.uk with the order number and photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
Wrong Product.
If you realize that you have made a wrong order, please get in touch with us.
In case of harp strings, we will replace your order if the package has not been opened.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@harpshoplondon.co.uk within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or we’ll issue a refund!
