Aoyama Orpheus 46 a – Maple

Aoyama Orpheus 46 a – 46-String Harp Maple finish (Mint Condition)

The Aoyama Orpheus 46A is a refined semi-concert pedal harp that combines elegant Japanese craftsmanship with a rich, responsive and beautifully balanced voice. This particular instrument, finished in natural maple, is offered in mint condition and is only three years old, presenting virtually as new.

Designed with a straight soundboard and a graceful, clean silhouette, the Orpheus 46A delivers a tone that is warm, clear and remarkably even throughout the range. The basses are resonant and supportive, the middle register sings with depth and colour, and the upper register remains bright and articulate without harshness. Its responsiveness under the fingers makes it equally rewarding for orchestral repertoire, solo performance and advanced study.

The maple finish enhances both the visual elegance and tonal clarity of the instrument, while Aoyama’s precise mechanics provide smooth, reliable pedal action and exceptional playing comfort. Known for their meticulous engineering and musical consistency, Aoyama Harps pedal harps are highly appreciated for their expressive sound and refined touch.

A superb opportunity to acquire a nearly new concert-quality pedal harp with professional presence, refined aesthetics and a truly inspiring sound.
